Peace Literacy & Paul K. Chappell

Paul K. Chappell is a Iraq War veteran, West Point graduate, a survivor of childhood trauma (because of his resulting rage he was going to be a school shooter) who learned how to resolve conflict nonviolently through his military training and his studies of history, mythology, Gandhi, Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Jesus and others. He lectures internationally and does workshops on Peace Literacy and is especially interested in working with teens. “Road to Peace” is his seven-book series on waging peace.

In Alabama he grew up as the son of a half-black and half-white father (with PTSD) and a Korean mother. See his videos on YouTube and at https://paulkchappell.com
